It is so easy to order at BG SHOP and takes just several minutes from loging in to submitting your order.
- First you have to add the desired products to the shopping cart.
- Then go to your shopping cart (by either clicking on "Checkout" at the right part of the menu at the top, or from the shopping cart in the left column) and check if all listed products are the ones you need.
- Press on "Proceed to Checkout" and type in your shipping and billing address. After you entered your data, choose shipping and payment method.
- In the last step you will see a summary of the already entered information. Check everything carefully and submit your order.
- You will see a page confirming the submission of your order. In the mean time an email with the shown information will be sent to your mailbox to use as a reference at a later time.
- What are the benefits of being registered in the shop?
The registration at BG SHOP offers you many useful and free services:
- You could be informed via email about the availability of products (i.e. out of stock products). This could be interesting also for potential customers. You can switch off this option at any time.
- You could be informed via email about the latest news and hot offers. This could be interesting also for potential customers. You can switch off this option at any time.
- Information about finalised and pending orders, including products, shipping and billing address.
- Status of your orders i.e. payment processing status, delivery status.
- Storage for your input i.e. addresses, which greatly speeds up your future orders.
- How long does it take to deliver my order?
At BG SHOP we use prepayment only. Up to present day, we do not have an order, which is delivered for more than 4 working days (if you payed immediately). If your bank delayed the payment, the delivery usually takes up to 7 work days.
Just an example how it works:
- Monday: You submitted your order and payed it immediately.
- Tuesday: Our bank has confirmed the payment.
- Wednesday: You order is sent with a courier to the provided shipping address.
- Thursday: You package has arrived.
- How much does the delivery cost?
Your order is sent via courier. Our delivery in Germany costs (except books):
- max. 2,00 kg - 5,00 Euro,
- from 2,01 to 5,00 kg - 6,50 Euro,
- from 5,01 to 10,00 kg - 8,00 Euro,
- from 10,01 to 25,00 kg - 9,70 Euro,
- from 25,01 to 31,00 kg - 13,20 Euro
- above 31,00 kg - the order will be sent in several packages.

- Which payment options do you offer?
At BG SHOP we use prepayment via bank transfer and PayPal. Bank transfers could take several days and sometimes incur fees. With PayPal you can instantly pay your order in a secure, comfortable and inexpensive way. PayPal enables payments with credit card, bank transfer etc.
- Why emails from BG SHOP are not readable?
The emails from BG SHOP utilise UTF-8 encoding. Unfortunately emails encoded this way are not always readable at Web-based email service providers like Yahoo and Hotmail in Internet Explorer. If you cannot read our emails, then you have to do some minor configuration in your browser. It is fast and easy. Choose in your browser UTF-8 as encoding (i.e. View > Encoding > UTF-8) and that was all.
- The ordered books are not in my package. Why is that?
Books are delivered separately. The delivery can take up to 10 days.
